We ship our products worldwide. Due to factors that commonly affect international shipments, such as weather delays, holidays and customs inspections, The following are only estimates. Our fulfillment center is currently overseas. Our average shipping time is mostly 9 days. In very rare cases it can take up to 90 days for some products.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items.

We process orders within 2 working days. Please allow 2-8 weeks for delivery. In most cases, you will receive your item(s) earlier than expected and sometimes it depends on the destination. Your patience is truly appreciated. You can always contact us if you have any questions regarding your purchase. Our customer service is very fast!

When will my order arrive?

Our fulfillment center is currently overseas. Our average shipping time is most of the times 2-5 weeks. In very rare cases it can take up to 90 business days for some products, most likely this is due to the country’s customs process that takes time. We ship worldwide so delivery times are all averages. You can track your order using the provided tracking number by visiting here.

Will you provide a Tracking Number?

In most cases when the order is shipped you will be emailed a tracking number. Some countries where shipping is restricted to a few shipping companies there may not have tracking available, but this is rare.

I ordered multiple items, but I have received my parcel holding just 1 of them…

If you place an order with us for multiple items it is more than likely going to be shipped in more than one package. Please allow some time for all of your items to arrive.

Customers will be held accountable for any restrictions, duties, taxes, and any other fees collected from the destination country, prior to ordering. We will not be responsible for any Duties, Taxes, or Customs fees under any circumstances.

If the order arrives at your country and…

  • The customer refuses to accept the package
  • No attempt is made in the country of destination to deliver the package.

What is your refund policy?

We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee – Which means we will look into refunding your money or shipping you a new product if you are for any reason not satisfied with your order. We want to provide a risk-free shopping experience and trust our customers to not take advantage of us on this offer.

We have a fast ship-out agreement with our suppliers to reduce shipping times. This means that after an order is placed, within minutes it is packaged, numbered, and sent out of the warehouse to the shipping center. Refunds can only be processed once you receive your item and send it back to our warehouse and we receive it.

Please note that refunds can only be authorized on items which have been returned to us, and there must be some sort of reason for the return that merits a refund per our policy. If your item has arrived damaged or defective, we can provide a free exchange. An exchange is granted only after the customer has uploaded a video detailing exactly why the product is defective and needs to be replaced. We do require all items to be returned to our warehouse at the buyers expense to receive a refund or exchange. On select occasions, we may be able to send a free replacement without the original product being returned to us. Please note that if you sent the item back when it arrived to you, it will go to our warehouse in China and you will not be qualified for a refund. You need to ship the items back to our warehouse to receive a refund and/or exchange.

Please note, that you can only add a quantity of 1 with this discount code. If you ordered more than one pair, and need a different size for a few pairs, repeat the above processes. You will need to order 1 Pair, with the discount code, in a few separate orders, one a time in order to get the discount.

Unfortunately, we cannot provide a refund for customers providing reasons like “I don’t like it anymore” or ordering the wrong size. We have a sizing chart in two places of the product page (in the pictures and in the product description) making it very easy to spot and doing everything possible to make sure the product is portrayed accurately to the customer before purchasing. Nevertheless, we understand that mistakes happen, and we truly value you as a customer. That is why we are willing to provide a replacement for you at such a low cost. With a cost that low, we actually lose money on the exchange but do it to make sure that you are satisfied.
